We are working with global real estate company who is looking for a strategic Learning & Development (L&D) leader to support their Real Estate Management Services business across the Americas covering a four-month LOA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and program execution. Will partner closely with business leaders to identify skill gaps, shape learning priorities, and drive impactful development initiatives that support business growth. While having exposure to training design and facilitation, this role is primarily focused on strategy, relationship management, and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into L&D solutions
  • Build and manage strong relationships across REMS, acting as the primary L&D point of contact
  • Develop and execute a learning roadmap aligned to business and global L&D priorities
  • Lead and manage learning programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with impact
  • Support onboarding programs and ongoing development initiatives across the business
  • Contribute to the launch and evolution of the REMS Skills Academy
  • Collaborate with global L&D teams, People Partners, and product leads to leverage existing learning solutions
  • Facilitate training sessions as needed (light facilitation component)
  • Track program effectiveness and communicate outcomes to stakeholders

What You Bring:

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related field
  • Solid understanding of learning principles and what drives effective development
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Experience working in a strategic or consultative role with business leaders
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes
