Our client, a commercial real estate firm, is seeking Part-time Property Management Support to join their team on a temporary basis with potential for full time conversion in Rockville, Maryland.
About The Job:
* Provide administrative support to multiple property managers
* Maintain property files (leases, insurance, vendor documentation)
* Support lease administration, including critical dates, records, and abstracts
* Manage tenant communications (notices, rent statements, updates)
* Track service requests, vendor documentation, and COIs
* Assist with AP/AR tasks, including invoice coding and rent tracking
* Coordinate vendors and service contracts
* Support monthly reporting and budget tracking
About You:
* Prior property management or real estate administration experience preferred
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience with lease administration and tenant communications a plus
* Detail oriented with light accounting or data entry experience
* Professional, flexible, and customer service focused
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Reliable transportation; familiarity with Rockville/Silver Spring preferred
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* Temporary, part time role with potential for future full time conversion
* $20/hr-$25/hr
* 20-25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
* 100% onsite
