Our client, a mission-driven organization, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist & Recruiter to remotely join their team on a temporary basis!
About The Job:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles (5-6 at a time)
- Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing, and hiring decisions
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (UKG preferred)
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate workflows
- Support benefits administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and assist with payroll-related updates
- Triage and escalate complex HR or benefits issues as needed
About You:
- 5-7 years of HR experience with strong recruiting background
- Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions
- Working knowledge of benefits administration and HR operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
- Maintaining HRIS data and LinkedIn Recruiter experience is required
About The Position:
- Start Date: April 27th
- Fully remote
- $33-$36/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
