Our client, a landscaping company, is seeking a Contract Sales Sourcer to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-impact opportunity to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting function by identifying and engaging top sales talent in hourly and field-based environments. The ideal candidate is a proactive, resourceful sourcing professional with experience supporting sales recruiting efforts, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. - Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, required.
- Proven experience sourcing for sales roles, ideally within hourly, field-based, or high-volume environments, required.
- Strong ability to identify, engage, and screen candidates for sales positions through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with UKG is a plus, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and qualify candidates.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a high-volume, metrics-driven recruiting environment
The rate for this role is $28-$32/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
