Our client, a highly regarded financial services firm, is seeking a contracted Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to two members of the Executive Leadership Team. This role serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership and is responsible for ensuring the efficient, professional, and seamless operation of executive offices in a fast‑paced environment. The Executive Assistant will demonstrate discretion, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills.
About The Job:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective use of leadership time through proactive calendar and meeting management.
- Coordinate leadership meetings and initiatives, including preparation of agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up on action items.
- Serve as a key point of contact for executive offices, communicating professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain executive-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and data with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
- Support travel coordination, special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and general administrative needs while handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
About You:
- Brings extensive experience providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders in fast-paced, professional environments.
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in common business technologies and strong organizational skills to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Communicates with a high level of professionalism, exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Works independently and proactively while remaining collaborative and relationship-oriented across teams and departments.
- Maintains composure under pressure, with a strong sense of integrity, accountability, reliability, and follow-through.
This contract position follows a 37.5 hour work week, with a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. This position offers a contracted rate up to $48/hour depending on experience.
