A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Campus Recruitment Coordinator (Temporary) to support its Chicago student recruitment and summer associate program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event coordination, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting high-level professionals. This position will assist the student recruitment team with the planning, coordination, and execution of a 10-week summer associate program, while also helping manage administrative and logistical tasks that arise throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support logistics for the summer associate program
• Coordinate events and activities (2-3 evening events per week)
• Communicate with summer associates regarding onboarding and program details
• Order lunches, schedule conference space, and manage event logistics
• Track event attendance and prepare materials for mid-summer and end-of-program reviews
• Assist with reimbursements, expense tracking, and general administrative support

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional environment
• Willingness to work occasional evening events
• 1+ years of administrative or HR support experience in professional services, law firm, or corporate environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
