Contact Center Specialist

Starting Salary: $40,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (CT)
Work Environment: Fully onsite (DFW / Carrollton area)

A growing service-based organization is seeking a polished and well‑spoken Contact Center Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries. This is a brand‑new role within the marketing/contact center team and offers strong long‑term growth potential, including future leadership opportunities.

This position is ideal for someone with a customer service foundation, sales mentality, and CRM experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and urgency
  • Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments and booked jobs
  • Accurately capture customer details, service needs, and call outcomes in CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Follow up on missed calls, unsold opportunities, and pending estimates
  • Identify and flag low‑quality or irrelevant leads to support marketing optimization
  • Provide basic service and pricing guidance while setting clear customer expectations
  • Maintain a strong brand presence through call quality, tone, and adherence to scripts
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure scheduling accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Escalate customer concerns as needed and support issue resolution
  • Identify trends in call quality, feedback, and missed opportunities and share insights with leadership

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or inbound sales role
  • Hands‑on experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM
  • Strong phone presence with polished, professional communication skills
  • Sales‑minded approach with confidence converting calls into booked services
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
  • High attention to detail and follow‑through
