Our client is seeking a high‑caliber Executive Assistant to support a small investment team within a hedge fund environment. This role requires strong judgment, exceptional organization, and a true service mindset. The ideal candidate brings hedge fund or private equity experience, operates with maturity and discretion, and thrives in a close‑knit, fast‑paced setting. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week with a business‑professional dress code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day‑to‑day executive support to a Partner and a small group of senior Analysts
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings across time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, cars, hotels, and real‑time changes
  • Prepare and submit expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
  • Support earnings calls, investor meetings, and ad hoc scheduling needs
  • Assist with meeting logistics including room setup, materials, and catering
  • Handle occasional errands and day‑to‑day administrative needs such as lunch pickup
  • Serve as a trusted, professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner closely with the Office Manager and broader admin team to support office operations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, hedge fund or financial services experience required
  • Strong calendar, travel, and expense management skills
  • Professional, confident demeanor with excellent executive presence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Ability to work well within a small, collaborative, team‑oriented environment
  • Calm, no‑nonsense approach with a “get it done” mindset
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Degree not required

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $125K base salary + discretionary bonus
