Our client, an impressive real estate investment firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their busy team in Washington, DC!

About The Job:

  • Manage all email communications and newsletters using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Responsible for maintaining the corporate website, blog, and digital content calendar.
  • Execute and optimize social media channels to increase reach and engagement.
  • Administer the digital asset management (DAM) system and maintain standards and workflows.
  • Track analytics and performance across digital channels and prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Manage timelines and workflows across multiple projects.
  • Support the use of AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging marketing technology.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
  • Experience managing websites, content, social media, and email communications.
  • Digital asset management experience; Bynder platform preferred.
  • Strong analytics, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with marketing technology and AI-assisted tools.

About The Position:

  • Salary range of $100K-$110K (DOE)
  • Metro accessible in Washington, DC!
  • Hybrid Schedule of 3 days/week on-site.
