Our client, a commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Administrative & Graphics Coordinator to join their team on a temp‑to‑hire basis.
About The Job:
- Provide marketing and graphics support to a team of sales professionals.
- Create and edit client marketing materials including tour books, maps, brochures, signage, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and client-facing communications using established templates.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of property information packages.
- Support client marketing plans, eblasts, infographics, and interactive InDesign files.
- Maintain branding standards and ensure deliverables meet established deadlines.
- Coordinate advertising schedules with centralized marketing teams.
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist with website updates.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and sales professionals.
- Respond to routine questions and provide day-to-day client service support.
About You:
- Associate degree or higher required.
- 3+ years of marketing and/or graphics experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience editing templates in PowerPoint and/or InDesign.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
About The Position:
- Temp-to-Hire
- $24/hr – 25/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
