Our client, a professional association, is seeking an Event Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis for roughly ~5 months!
About The Job:
* Support event teams in planning, configuring, and delivering registration and event platforms
* Build, test, and deploy registration pages, attendee tools, and email communications
* Support on site registration, credentialing, and event logistics
* Capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Track platform issues, enhancements, and feature requests
* Evaluate, pilot, and recommend event technology tools
* Develop reporting, metrics, and analytics before, during, and after events
About You:
* Expert knowledge of event registration platforms and event technology ecosystems
* Strong experience with CVENT and related products required
* Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Eloqua, Siebel)
* Familiar with virtual and hybrid production tools
* Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
* Comfortable working in fast paced, cross functional environments
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability and willingness to travel within North America and possibly Europe
About The Position:
* Temporary for roughly 5-months, with potential to extend
* $45-$54/hr
* Schedule: Full time, standard business hours
