Our client, a real estate investor located in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Receptionist to join the team. The hours are 8/9am-4/5pm (flex as needed) and this role is in the office five days a week. This person must have flexibility for overtime as needed. Salary is up to $75k.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests, alerting appropriate personnel
- Coordinate conference room schedule; order and receive catering
- Assist with invoicing
- Help with data entry and reporting
- Create presentations, office-wide correspondence, and documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience, preferably out of professional services or Real Estate. Prior hospitality experience a plus!
- Tech savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PP, Excel)
- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize workload
- Self-sufficient team player mentality
