Executive Assistant to CEO & C‑Suite
Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% in‑office)
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Overview
A well‑established, global organization is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support its CEO and key members of the executive leadership team, including the CFO, Legal Counsel, and Director of HR. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role for a polished EA who thrives in fast‑paced environments and serves as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership.
This individual will be the first point of contact for executives and external stakeholders and must demonstrate exceptional judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Executive Assistant to the CEO, with heavy calendar ownership
- Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars for CEO and CFO
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including Europe (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
- Manage expense reporting using Concur (high volume)
- Coordinate board meetings and leadership offsite meetings (1-2x per year)
- Communicate with global teams and international stakeholders
- Provide light support related to HR coordination
- Handle highly confidential information with accuracy and discretion
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
Ideal Background
- 8-10+ years supporting C‑suite executives (CEO support required)
- Strong career tenure and stability
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt communication styles
- Strong judgment and decision‑making capabilities
- Service‑oriented, professional presence
- Comfortable in a very high‑pace executive environment
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Experience with Concur highly preferred
- InDesign experience helpful but not required
- Canva experience a plus
