Our client, a national non-profit organization, is seeking a Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Alexandria, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Manage sponsorships and exhibitor relationships for a large annual conference and year‑round programs
- Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors, overseeing agreements, assets, logistics, and onsite execution
- Partner cross‑functionally with events and communications teams to deliver sponsorships accurately and on time
- Track contracts, invoicing, revenue, and post‑event reporting
- Identify opportunities to grow sponsorship offerings, packages, and non‑dues revenue
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with sponsors and partners to support retention and growth
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in an association or membership‑based organization required
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable handling both strategic and administrative responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
About The Position:
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite in Alexandria
- $33-$38/hr
- Permanent Salary: $75K-$90K
- Able to travel several times per year
