Our client, a Massachusetts‑based nonprofit organization in the human services industry, is seeking a part‑time Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at their Concord, MA location. This is a 100% onsite role, scheduled Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, starting as soon as possible. The position is paying $28-30/hour. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and handle logistics in advance
- Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute summaries or action items
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations and maintain Excel reports
- Set up and manage AV equipment for meetings and presentations
- Conduct light research and compile reports or findings as needed
- Coordinate catering and food for meetings or events
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Available for occasional evening board meetings with advance notice (approximately once per month)
