This role coordinates various projects through data entry, tracking, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring clear communication across teams. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for projects, including documentation, report preparation, and maintaining project files
- Act as a point of contact to support communication with internal and external teams
- Provide administrative support for budgets, schedules, timelines, and tracking
- Assist with invoices by entering data to ensure accurate billing
- Keep project information updated in databases and tracking systems
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of relevant administrative experience preferred
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate systems effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
