Trust Operations Associate to $110K – Account Lifecycle Role!
Our client, a large wealth management firm, is seeking a Trust Operations Associate to support the full lifecycle of client accounts and to ensure operational accuracy across critical processes. This role includes account onboarding and maintenance, asset transfers, document management, and frequent coordination with both internal and external partners. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in financial services operations, strong attention to detail, and an interest in in trust and estate environments.

- Responsibilities include supporting new and existing account onboarding by preparing and reviewing documentation; coordinating account openings, funding, maintenance, and terminations in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements; facilitating incoming and outgoing asset transfers across various security types; partnering with investment and operations teams to ensure accurate system updates and reconciliations; processing trust-related notices, withdrawals, and administrative changes; maintaining organized and compliant electronic records; reviewing procedures to identify opportunities for operational improvement; and managing multiple concurrent workflows while meeting deadlines.
- The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in financial services, trust administration, or back-office operations; working knowledge of account documentation, compliance requirements, and asset movement processes; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly; excellent written and verbal communication skills; high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information; and strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through.
