Our client, a national professional association, is seeking a Membership Data Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and data support for membership, committees, and volunteer programs
- Maintain and update member and volunteer records in Personify
- Support membership data cleanup efforts, including NCOA processing, audits, and post‑campaign updates
- Serve as a point of contact for standardized membership and volunteer inquiries
- Maintain and audit committee, leadership, and volunteer records across systems
- Process volunteer applications and manage internal and external tracking logs
- Support system audits, reporting, and data validation across Personify and Higher Logic
- Assist with UAT testing, system upgrades, and general operational support
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience working with Personify and Higher Logic
- Ability to manage and organize large datasets across multiple systems
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data management tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: 3 months
- $28-$33/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (35 hours/week)
