Our client, a national professional association, is seeking a Member Data Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Maintain and update membership, committee, and volunteer records across data platforms
- Support membership data cleanup efforts including NCOA processing and routine audits
- Process volunteer applications and maintain accurate tracking logs
- Audit and update committee roles, leadership records, and user permissions
- Support system audits, UAT testing, and ongoing data validation efforts
- Provide administrative and operational support related to membership data and reporting
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience working with Personify and Higher Logic
- Ability to manage and organize large datasets across multiple systems
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data management tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: 3 months
- $28-$33/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (35 hours/week)
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite
