Account Manager

Temp‑to‑Hire | Full‑Time

Our client is a well‑established insurance organization serving the trucking and logistics space and is currently seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join their growing Account Management team. This is a high‑touch, client‑facing role supporting group owners and existing accounts, with a strong focus on customer service and long‑term relationship building.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will partner closely with internal teams to deliver solutions, address client needs, and support ongoing account growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship‑driven environment and enjoys providing high‑level service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client and group accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored support and solutions
  • Manage and maintain existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth or additional services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Monitor account activity, track performance, and document interactions in CRM systems
  • Proactively resolve client questions, issues, and concerns
  • Provide ongoing communication and follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction
  • Contribute to team goals and overall account management success

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or advanced customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
  • Experience with CRM or related systems is a plus
