A growing organization in the environmental services space is seeking a motivated and relationship‑oriented professional to join their team as a Sales Arborist. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, building meaningful client relationships, and making a tangible impact through environmental stewardship. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, field‑based role that blends consultative sales, project coordination, and client service.

THE ROLE:
* Serve as a trusted advisor to residential and commercial clients, providing recommendations on tree, plant, and landscape care.
* Manage and grow a designated territory through relationship building, networking, and referral generation.
* Conduct on‑site evaluations, diagnose landscape needs, and prepare detailed service estimates.
* Coordinate with internal crews to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Represent the organization at community events, trade shows, and local networking opportunities.
* Maintain ongoing client relationships, ensuring long‑term engagement and repeat business.
* Track sales activity and performance while identifying new opportunities for growth within the territory.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality, safety‑focused service solutions.

* Self‑starter with the ability to manage a territory independently and drive business development.

* Open to learning technical knowledge related to arboriculture and landscape care.
