Our client, a hedge fund located in Manhattan, is looking for a Temp-to-Perm Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to primarily support one of their Senior Partners. This position will serve a 3-6 month trial period before transitioning to permanent and will operate on a hybrid schedule (remote initially, transitioning in-office once they move to their new space in July) between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Compensation is up to $120K.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the partner’s emails
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Booking domestic and international travel
- Liaising with the Hong Kong office and acting as NYC point of contact
- Assisting with NYC office setup
- Running occasional personal errands (coffee, dry cleaning, etc.) as needed
- Providing full executive and personal support coverage
Qualifications:
- Prior Executive/Personal Assistant experience supporting senior-level executives
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidence
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Flexible and adaptable to frequent travel
