Our client is seeking a polished, highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior Partners across multiple offices within a global consulting environment. This is a high‑volume, client‑facing role requiring strong judgment, proactive calendar management, and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, professional setting. The position supports Partners in both New York and Atlanta and will eventually expand to support a third Partner. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with occasional overtime, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with 3-4 days onsite (Tuesday is a core in‑office day).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive‑level administrative support to multiple Partners across offices
- Manage complex, high‑volume calendars (approximately 50 meetings per week), including proactive conflict resolution and gatekeeping
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, preparing detailed itineraries and logistics
- Draft and send formal correspondence on behalf of Partners with a professional, client‑ready tone
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Assist with expense processing and administrative follow‑through
- Support ad hoc Partner‑led projects, including PowerPoint preparation, Excel work, and document formatting
- Assist with business development support such as monitoring CRM data and pipelines
- Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure coverage and consistency
- Participate in monthly admin meetings and provide backup support when colleagues are out
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a corporate, mid‑to‑large firm environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple executives, ideally at Partner or C‑suite level
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a formal, professional style
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling ambiguity
- Strong judgment and discretion when managing sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $85K-$100K base salary + discretionary bonus
