Our client, a transportation company located in Boston, is seeking an Administrative/Program Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This onsite role offers a pay rate of $35/hour, with a 37.5-hour workweek and flexible start time between 7:00-9:00am. The position focuses on operational, programmatic, and customer support during key system implementation initiatives, with free parking provided. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and program support across administrative initiatives
  • Process and track program requests, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Support internal programs such as Travel & Expense, catering, P-Card administration, and signature authorization tracking
  • Maintain electronic and physical records in compliance with records management policies and assist with document scanning, indexing, and quality control
  • Update and manage SharePoint sites and the customer portal, including document uploads and user support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and coordinating issue resolution
  • Assist executives and staff with administrative workflows and ensure accurate documentation and reporting

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3+ years of operational or administrative experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint (PeopleSoft/Oracle preferred)
  • Experience supporting executives and managing workflows across multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and operate independently with minimal training
