This Events Senior Coordinator role is with a global management consulting firm based in Boston is offering standard hours of 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (or 8:30 AM-5:30 PM) with flexibility for events. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity supporting high-impact client and internal events, marketing campaigns, and digital engagement efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of live events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
- Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, AV, catering, and setup
- Coordinate registrations, attendee communications, and post-event feedback
- Partner with internal stakeholders on targeted email campaigns and outreach
- Maintain brand consistency across CRM campaigns, social media, and communications
- Track event performance and KPIs using tools like Microsoft Dynamics and Cvent
- Promote events through social media, PR, and internal channels
- Assist senior stakeholders with invitations and communications
- Manage smaller projects end-to-end and contribute to process improvements
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in events, marketing, or similar role
- Strong organization and project management skills with ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and event platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Cvent)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Creative and flexible with an interest in events and engagement
