Our client is seeking a personable, high‑energy administrative professional to serve as the sole Office Manager / Administrative Receptionist supporting a boutique, membership‑based investment firm. This role wears many hats and is best suited for someone who enjoys being client‑facing, keeping an office running smoothly, and acting as the connective tissue of a small, fast‑moving team. The position is fully onsite five days per week, with hours generally 9:00am-5:00pm (occasionally up to 5:30pm).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary front‑of‑house presence, welcoming members, clients, and visitors
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a polished, professional environment at all times
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar support for approximately 8-10 team members
- Oversee use and scheduling of conference rooms
- Act as point person for office coordination, including monitoring office attendance and presence
- Order office supplies, groceries, and manage general office upkeep
- Coordinate monthly team lunches and internal office events
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior professionals as needed
- Assist with light IT troubleshooting and technology coordination
- Maintain a highly organized, service‑oriented office environment
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in office management, reception, or administrative support
- Prior experience in a professional, client‑facing office environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Polished communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Comfortable managing competing priorities independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Adobe, and DocuSign
- Ability to work autonomously as the sole administrative support
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $80K-$100K base salary + discretionary bonus
- Fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for the employee
