Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast‑paced investment banking environment. This role is ideal for a confident EA who thrives in a high‑octane, social, and collaborative culture and is motivated by strong team dynamics, work‑life balance, and excellent perks. The role primarily supports a senior executive with additional support to two other leaders. Hours are generally 9:00am-6:00pm. The role follows a hybrid schedule, typically four days onsite with rotating Friday coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive‑level administrative support to senior leadership, with primary coverage for the President
- Manage complex calendars and schedule high‑volume internal and external meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Process expenses accurately and in a timely manner
- Support ad hoc projects and assist with day‑to‑day administrative needs
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner closely with the broader EA team to ensure seamless coverage and collaboration
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Contribute positively to a high‑energy, team‑oriented office environment
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Strong executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Positive, team‑first attitude with comfort operating in a social, high‑engagement environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K base salary + discretionary bonus
