Our client is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Strategic Finance group within a high‑growth global alternative investment platform. This is a true team‑support EA role backing senior leadership in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and eager to learn the business while managing heavy logistics and priorities. Hours are generally 9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility for overtime as needed, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive‑level administrative support to the Head of Strategic Finance and a team of senior investment professionals
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling and rescheduling meetings with competing priorities
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
- Prepare, edit, and proofread materials including Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
- Process and reconcile expenses accurately using Concur (corporate card and out‑of‑pocket)
- Screen calls, greet guests, and act as a professional point of contact
- Draft and edit executive‑level communications, memos, and correspondence
- Coordinate closely with other EAs to ensure coverage and seamless team support
Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Background in fast‑paced professional services or finance environments preferred
- Proven ability to support multiple senior executives simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong ownership of responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a rigorous, high‑volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Concur strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $120K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
