Our client is seeking a highly motivated, confident Executive Assistant to support a growing private equity team. This role sits in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment and supports executives across seniority levels. The ideal candidate is proactive and thrives in a high‑growth, collaborative setting. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive‑level administrative support to Partners, an Operating Partner, and Associates
  • Manage multiple complex calendars across time zones, coordinating with executives and other EAs
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics and expense processing
  • Proactively identify issues, anticipate needs, and resolve scheduling or logistical challenges
  • Support confidential initiatives and special projects as needed
  • Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants to share coverage and ensure seamless team support
  • Create and improve systems to streamline workflows and increase productivity
  • Assist with planning and execution of office events, offsites, and quarterly team gatherings
  • Serve as a positive, professional presence within a high‑energy team environment

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or similar role
  • Background in financial services, private equity, venture capital, or technology strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Comfortable supporting teams across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Proactive, resourceful mindset with a strong sense of ownership
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with tools such as Concur, DocuSign, Notion, or Canva is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $100K-$110K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
