Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail‑driven Project Manager to support a senior leader and consulting team within a global advisory environment. This is a client‑facing, execution‑heavy role ideal for someone who enjoys owning multiple workstreams, driving timelines, and acting as the connective tissue between consultants, clients, and internal teams. The role is fully remote, open to candidates based in Eastern or Central time zones. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm, with flexibility as projects require.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of firm commitments
- Map out project milestones at kickoff, proactively managing schedules, timelines, and workflow
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, participating in project launch and milestone calls
- Capture meeting notes and drive follow‑up on project coordination and logistics
- Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and client‑side administrative teams
- Coordinate consultant and client scheduling across multiple calendars
- Manage logistics for client interviews, meetings, and group sessions (space, meals, materials, travel)
- Coordinate domestic travel for consultants and client meetings
- Review and approve consultant expense reports
- Draft billing and expense tracking spreadsheets
- Co‑create and finalize project materials that accurately reflect agreed‑upon deliverables
- Provide regular project status updates through weekly team calls and internal check‑ins
- Anticipate capacity needs and flag risks or bottlenecks proactively
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or senior support roles
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong experience managing projects from start to finish
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable acting as the “face” of the team to clients
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools preferred
- Calm, solutions‑oriented mindset in fast‑paced consulting or professional services environments
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K-$125K base salary + discretionary bonus
