Our client, a leading commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 1+ year contract role. The position is based 100% onsite in Boston, MA (with potential for occasional remote flexibility over time), and offers $55/hour, with standard hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from planning through execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and delivery
- Oversee all aspects of project performance to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while aligning project goals with client objectives
- Uphold a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Candidate Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification required
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably within commercial real estate, construction, or industrial sectors
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with construction processes and knowledge of building codes preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Master’s degree, multi-sector project experience (office, retail, industrial, healthcare), and experience with change management and innovation
