We are partnering with a leading global investment platform to identify an Administrative Coordinator to join their marketing and investor relations function. This individual will play a critical role supporting global initiatives and events. This is a highly visible, fast-paced opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities across internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a 3/2 hyrbid role.

The Role

  • Coordinate global fundraising initiatives, including investor roadshows and outreach efforts
  • Support the planning and execution of due diligence processes and investor meetings
  • Assist in organizing large-scale investor events, conferences, and virtual programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events
  • Maintain organized, high-quality communication and documentation standards across projects

Ideal Background

  • Prior administrative experience in financial services
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, or event platforms
