Our client is seeking a polished, strategic Executive Assistant to support a Partner and Co‑President within a growing investment firm. This is a high‑visibility 1:1 role supporting a senior leader requiring exceptional organization, judgment, and the ability to manage a high volume of internal and external interactions. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and capable of keeping a very busy executive organized and on track. Hours are typically 8:30am-5:30/6:00pm, fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive‑level administrative support to a Partner / Co‑President in a true 1:1 capacity
- Manage a high‑volume, complex calendar with 5-9 meetings per day across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and real‑time changes
- Partner closely with an existing Personal Assistant to align on business and personal scheduling/logistics
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails and communications, flagging key items and ensuring follow‑through
- Coordinate document execution and signature workflows, including managing daily signing requests
- Prepare meeting materials, print documents, and keep the executive organized and prepared
- Serve as a professional point of contact for investors, banks, and senior internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the broader EA team and provide backup support as needed
- Support ad hoc administrative and operational needs in a highly dynamic environment
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting senior leadership
- Experience in financial services or a similarly fast‑paced, professional environment preferred
- Strong calendar management skills in high‑volume settings
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Proactive, adaptable, and service‑oriented mindset
- Strong presentation skills and overall business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $140K-$150K base salary + discretionary bonus
- Medical, dental, and supplemental benefits (majority employer‑paid)
- 401(k) with employer contribution via profit‑sharing/safe harbor
- PTO package + flexible sick time policy
- Fully onsite role
