Our client a real estate investment group is seeking a Recruiting Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through outreach, networking, and relationship management
* Support hiring needs across corporate and property-level roles
* Manage job postings, recruiting reports, and staffing-related advertising
* Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
* Conduct new hire orientation and ensure compliance with onboarding documentation
* Support HR initiatives including employee programs, culture, and process improvements
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (PHR) preferred
* 5+ years of HR/recruiting experience
* Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and employment compliance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience in property management preferred
* Ability to travel locally as needed
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* Duration: Temporary-to-permanent
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* $33-$40/hr
* Permanent Salary: $75K-$90K
* Fully onsite in Washington, DC
