Position Overview

Our client, a leader in automotive logistics, is seeking a Vehicle Service Representative (VSR) to support operations at their Vehicle Processing Center in Arlington, TX. This is an entry-level role with no prior experience required, ideal for candidates looking to start a career in automotive or logistics operations.

This position involves hands-on work preparing vehicles for customer pickup, including inspections, cleaning, and short-distance vehicle movement onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage (scratches, dents, etc.) and complete inspection checklists and documentation
• Wash and prepare vehicles for customer delivery
• Move vehicles short distances (approx. 50 yards) from staging areas to pickup locations
• Coordinate vehicle readiness to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Work Environment

• Combination of outdoor and warehouse work
• Partial air-conditioned warehouse space
• Onsite breakroom and restroom facilities
• Fast-paced environment requiring frequent movement between vehicles and work areas

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – training provided
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stay active and move quickly between tasks throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail for vehicle inspections
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
