Our client, a global natural resources company is seeking an Executive Office Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide high-level support to senior leadership within a global team
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and communications
- Manage expenses, budgets, and vendor billing
- Support office operations and coordinate vendors, facilities, and maintenance needs
- Assist with event planning, executive visits, and stakeholder engagements
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-suite leaders
- Strong experience coordinating international travel and global scheduling
- Proven ability to support multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with discretion handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/Concur preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: Temp-to-perm
- $45-$52/hr
- Perm Salary Range: $100K-$120K
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite
