Our client, a global corporation, is seeking an Executive Operations Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About the job:
- Provide executive and operational support to senior leaders within a global Corporate Affairs & Communications team
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate domestic and international travel, and oversee expense reporting
- Support budget management through expense tracking, vendor coordination, and financial reporting
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and communications through research, editing, and proofreading
- Serve as the primary contact for the Washington, DC office, overseeing facilities, vendors, and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate executive visits, stakeholder engagements, and high-profile events across the U.S.
- Support governance, compliance, and lobbying disclosure processes while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Partner with leadership on special projects and strategic initiatives
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of executive support, operations management, or related experience
- Prior experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a high-profile or corporate affairs environment
- Strong expertise in complex calendar management, travel coordination, and executive administration
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, office operations, and compliance processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Concur, Teams, and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
About the position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $35-$40/hr
- Permanent Salary: $80K-$100K
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, generally 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
