Our client is seeking a highly confident Personal Assistant with executive presence to support a principal within a private family office. This is a high‑touch EA/PA role with a strong emphasis on personal support, household coordination, and lifestyle management, balanced with light office operations and executive coordination. Hours are generally 9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility for after‑hours communication, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule with a preference for candidates local to NYC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level personal and executive support to the principal in a true EA/PA capacity
- Manage heavy personal scheduling, including dinners, appointments, travel coordination, and logistics
- Coordinate ground transportation, drivers, and day‑to‑day movement across NYC
- Oversee household operations across multiple NYC residences, including vendor coordination and staff oversight
- Liaise with housekeepers, property managers, and external vendors to ensure seamless home operations
- Support broader family office needs, including light office management and workspace coordination
- Assist with errands and ad hoc requests throughout the city as needed
- Partner with the Chief of Staff on real estate coordination and portfolio support
- Maintain organization of schedules, communications, and ongoing projects
- Provide basic tech support (calls, printing, setup, etc.) as needed
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to ongoing requests in a high‑touch environment
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- Prior experience supporting a high‑net‑worth individual strongly preferred
- Financial services or private equity background highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident, proactive personality with ability to operate independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
- Comfortable managing both personal and professional priorities seamlessly
- Tech‑savvy with strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- No degree required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K-$165K base salary + discretionary bonus
