Our client is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO of a boutique real estate investment and development firm. This is a true right‑hand EA role with Chief‑of‑Staff exposure, blending traditional executive support with project work, communication, and culture‑building. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, proactive, and comfortable supporting a creative, fast‑thinking executive in a founder‑led environment. Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm with minimal overtime, and the role is primarily onsite five days per week with some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level executive support to the Founder/CEO, including calendar management and scheduling
- Manage inbox communications, including drafting responses and prioritizing messages
- Coordinate domestic travel and logistics, including identifying opportunities to optimize time while traveling
- Prepare and edit presentations, documents, and investor materials
- Maintain and track action items, ensuring follow‑through across projects and meetings
- Support personal scheduling and coordination (~20% of role)
- Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with LinkedIn activity, communications, and light marketing initiatives
- Support event planning, firm initiatives, and culture‑building efforts
- Provide light office management support, including coordinating meetings and supplies
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience (open to slightly more experienced profiles)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong follow‑through
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, unstructured, founder‑led environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting workflows
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Polished, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K-$115K base salary + discretionary bonus
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits with some employer coverage
