Our client, a mission based nonprofit, is seeking a Events & AV Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Support production of onsite, multi-site, and virtual meetings and events
* Manage AV and webinar requests through ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
* Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and technical execution
* Provide webinar support, including rehearsals, troubleshooting, and live event assistance
* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful event delivery
* Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and presentation content
* Serve as a go-to resource for AV and webinar best practices
* Provide general event and operational support across meetings and initiatives
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 2+ years of AV, webinar, or event production experience
* Experience supporting virtual and in-person events, including technical logistics
* Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams, GoToWebinar, ON24, etc.)
* Highly organized with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar)

* Duration: 7 months
* $40-$44/hr
* Hybrid: 3 days onsite in DC
