Our client is seeking a high‑energy, detail‑oriented Office & Executive Coordinator to support a growing fintech company. This is a blended role ideal for someone who enjoys both executive support and being the heartbeat of the office. The role is highly visible, culture‑driven, and requires someone with strong hospitality instincts, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm and the role is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expenses
  • Act as a professional liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, pantry, and workspace upkeep
  • Coordinate conference rooms, meeting logistics, and internal scheduling needs
  • Support planning and execution of office events, team activities, and culture initiatives
  • Handle vendor relationships, deliveries, and office logistics
  • Assist with onboarding and employee experience initiatives
  • Provide backup administrative support to broader teams as needed
  • Maintain organization and proactively address operational needs across the office
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, creating a welcoming and polished office experience

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative, office management, or EA roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (high attention to detail required)
  • Customer service mindset with a hospitality‑driven approach
  • Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a “no task too small” mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
  • Strong interpersonal skills with natural ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and standard office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $90K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
