Our client, a non-profit professional association, is seeking an Education Program Specialist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Linthicum, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Provide administrative and operational support for educational programs, meetings, and events, including the Annual Meeting and stand-alone activities
- Coordinate program logistics, faculty communications, registration setup, educational materials, and documentation
- Build and maintain educational content in the Learning Management System (LMS) and support continuing education accreditation processes
- Collaborate with internal departments, faculty, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
- Track project timelines, manage workflows, compile reports, and support evaluation and outcomes reporting
- Assist with digital content production and distribution across virtual learning platforms and educational channels
About You:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of project coordination, program administration, or related experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or educational programs preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; LMS or continuing education experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $25-$28/hr
- Permanent Salary: $61K-$64K
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite
- Reliable transportation required
- Occasional evenings/weekends may be required
