Office Manager

Duties:

  • Manage the front desk and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
  • Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
  • Schedule appointments for truck maintenance
  • Oversee training and development programs for office staff
  • Ensure installation schedule is efficent
  • Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
  • Provide onboarding and training to new staff members
  • Communicate daily with owner of concerns
  • Oversee daily tasks over different divisions
  • Be self motivated to correct ineffciencies within the organization
  • Maintain a professional demeanor
  • Execute disiplinary actions when needed
  • Lead in a way to enhance the customer experience as well as driving sales
  • Accountable for daily sales and installation goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management or similar role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of service industry is a plus
  • Ability to manage a team and provide leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
