Our client, a mission driven non-profit is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide executive support to a Senior Vice President, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage a complex executive calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple schedules and time zones
- Coordinate hybrid, virtual, and in-person meetings, including logistics, scheduling, and meeting materials
- Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and process expense reports
- Track projects, deadlines, and priorities to support effective executive and team operations
- Maintain records, filing systems, contact databases, and Salesforce data
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and executive materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Support special projects and cross-functional teams while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years of administrative experience, including 5+ years supporting senior executives
- Extensive calendar management and meeting coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with Salesforce and Concur Travel preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
About The Position:
Start Date: ASAP!
$33-$37/hr
Hybrid: schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
