Our client is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast‑growing accounting advisory firm. This is a high‑visibility, multi‑executive support role requiring strong calendar management, executive presence, and the ability to operate as a trusted gatekeeper across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. Hours are typically 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days onsite with increased flexibility over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level executive support to multiple senior leaders, including the CEO and founders
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic travel, detailed itineraries, and logistics
- Act as a primary point of contact, managing communications and correspondence
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and executive engagements
- Process and manage expense reporting with accuracy
- Coordinate leadership meetings, events, and firmwide initiatives
- Oversee and support office operations, including managing junior administrative staff
- Assist with internal event coordination and partner engagements
- Track action items and ensure follow‑through across projects and meetings
- Support ad hoc projects and cross‑functional administrative needs
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
- Experience in professional services (accounting, consulting, finance) strongly preferred
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills in high‑volume environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong follow‑through
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong executive presence
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $125K-$130K base salary + discretionary bonus
