Job Responsibilities:

– Receive and process service requests through phone, email, and work order systems.

– Create, update, review, and dispatch work orders to internal teams and external vendors.

– Coordinate service requests based on location, urgency, and customer needs.

– Communicate with retail locations regarding work order status, service updates, and scheduling.

– Maintain accurate documentation, records, and data within work order management systems.

– Provide administrative support, reporting assistance, and customer service in a high-volume environment.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent required.

– 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or administrative support preferred.

– Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

– Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

– Ability to work professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
