Our client is seeking a polished, service‑oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support a high‑traffic client office within a leading private equity firm. This is a front‑of‑house, hospitality‑driven role requiring strong presence, flexibility, and a “white‑glove” service mindset. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and thrives in a highly visible environment where no task is too small. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility for early starts or occasional after‑hours needs, and the role is fully onsite five days per week with a rotating Friday WFH option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the front‑of‑house presence, greeting guests and clients with a high level of professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls and act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Coordinate conference room bookings, setup, and post‑meeting resets
  • Provide a “white‑glove” hospitality experience including offering refreshments and assisting guests
  • Support meeting logistics, including catering, reservations, and car services
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of conference rooms and common areas
  • Liaise with internal teams and visiting executives from other offices
  • Assist with light administrative support and office coordination as needed
  • Adapt dynamically between reception coverage and administrative responsibilities
  • Anticipate needs and proactively support a high‑traffic, client‑facing environment

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience (hospitality or corporate office experience preferred)
  • Strong customer service mindset with a polished, client‑facing demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presence with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, dependable, and team‑oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment
  • Positive attitude with a “no task too small” mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $80K-$85K base salary + discretionary bonus
