We’re looking for a Digital Learning Developer to bring training content to life through engaging, high-quality e-learning experiences. In this role, you’ll partner closely with instructional designers to transform storyboards and course maps into polished, interactive courses using multimedia, animation, and authoring tools.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves building visually compelling, user-friendly learning experiences and is highly detail-oriented in execution.

What You’ll Do

• Build interactive e-learning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Develop and integrate multimedia assets (video, audio, animation, graphics) to enhance learning
• Translate storyboards and design documents into engaging, learner-first course experiences
• Apply visual design and accessibility standards to ensure a consistent and inclusive user experience
• Conduct usability testing and refine courses based on feedback
• Partner with instructional designers and internal teams to support course builds and delivery
• Publish and optimize courses for learning management systems (LMS) and multi-device use
• Organize and maintain a library of templates, assets, and project files

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience building digital learning or e-learning courses
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Articulate Storyline, Rise (or similar tools)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition)
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Instructional Technology, Digital Media or related
• Strong eye for visual design, layout, and user experience
• Experience working with multimedia (video, audio, animation)
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and course publishing (SCORM or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical and instructional guidelines
• Highly organized with a collaborative, team-first mindset
