Our client, a national healthcare membership association, is seeking a Data Survey Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Linthicum, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Coordinate data research programs, committee activities, surveys, and reporting initiatives
- Manage meeting logistics, communications, materials, and deliverable tracking
- Prepare monthly reports, board updates, and presentations
- Support data collection, quality review, survey administration, and process improvement efforts
- Coordinate annual meeting logistics and marketing-related activities
- Collaborate with internal teams, committees, and external stakeholders on data initiatives
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required; STEM field preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with data reporting, analytics, research, or statistics preferred
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Forms, or survey platforms is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $30-$33/hr
- Permanent Salary: $69K-$72K
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite
- Reliable transportation required
- Minimal travel required
