Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Research Coordinator to support an investment research team within a hedge fund. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate corporate access, including meetings, calls, site visits, and investor events
- Manage relationships with investor relations teams, brokers, and external partners
- Maintain and update research management systems and watchlists
- Track earnings calendars, industry events, and relevant company updates
- Support planning and execution of internal meetings and team events
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and compile materials for research team meetings
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel related to research activities
- Maintain data integrity across internal systems and research platforms
- Support vendor management and oversee research subscriptions
- Assist with onboarding materials, training documentation, and research workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest process improvements
- Provide administrative support to Portfolio Managers and research teams
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of experience in financial services, research coordination, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with corporate access, investor relations, or research support strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
- Experience with research platforms (FactSet, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Tamale) a plus
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $115K-$130K base salary + discretionary bonus
